This picture looks incredibly simple…
Just a few shapes, lines, and patterns.
But somewhere inside this image, a number is hiding in plain sight.
And the tricky part is that your eyes may pass over it several times before your brain finally recognizes what you’re looking at.
Don’t search for a number written clearly on the picture.
There isn’t one.
Instead, the number has been cleverly disguised within the lines, shapes, and spaces of the image.
At first, your brain may simply see a collection of random patterns.
That’s exactly what makes this puzzle so difficult.
Your eyes are looking at the picture…
But your brain isn’t necessarily looking for the right thing.
So slow down.
Start at one side of the image and carefully scan toward the other.
Look at the curves.
Look at the gaps between the shapes.
Pay attention to any lines that seem slightly unusual or that appear to form a familiar pattern.
👀 And here’s a little trick:
If you have been staring at the image for a while without seeing anything, look away for a few seconds and then look back.
Sometimes the hidden shape suddenly becomes much easier to recognize.
