With his best friend Liam in tow, Jack rowed a boat out to the middle of the lake. Brimming with anticipation, he took a deep breath, stepped out of the boat—and immediately plunged straight into the freezing water.

As she stood there, brushing some of the dust from her face and clothes, a young gunslinger stepped out of the saloon with a g*n in one hand and a bottle of whiskey in the other.
