The 4-Year-Old’s Logic
One Sunday morning, a priest was teaching a group of young children about forgiveness.
After explaining how God’s grace works, he smiled and decided to see if anyone had been paying attention.
“So,” he asked, “can anyone tell me the very first thing we must do before we can receive forgiveness for our sins?”
The room fell completely silent.
Then little four-year-old Tommy, sitting proudly in the front row, shot his hand into the air.
The priest beamed.
“Excellent, Tommy! Go ahead.”
Tommy stood up confidently and said,
“Well, Father… first we have to go and commit a sin!”
The priest blinked in surprise.
Tommy continued matter-of-factly,
“Because if we never do anything wrong… what would there be for God to forgive?”

The teacher put a question to the class:
“What does a cat have that no other animal
A number cried in unison:
“Fur!”
But an objector raised the point that bears and skunks have fur. One pupil raised an eager hand:
“I know, teacher–whiskers!”
But another objector laughed scornfully.
“Haw-haw! My papa has whiskers!”
The suggester of whiskers defended her idea by declaring:
“My papa ain’t got whiskers.”
“‘Cause he can’t!” the objector sneered. “Haw-haw! Your pa ain’t no good. My pa says—-“
The teacher rapped for order and repeated her question.
A little Johnny raised his hand, and at the teacher’s nod spoke timidly.
“Kittens!”
The Heavenly Gatekeeper’s Ultimate Spelling Trap
A woman arrived at the Pearly Gates and was greeted warmly by St. Peter. “To enter Heaven,” he explained, “you only need to pass a simple, one-word spelling test.”
“What’s the word?” she asked.
“Spell LOVE.”
She did so easily, and the golden gates swung wide open.
Months later, she was covering St. Peter’s shift at the entrance when her husband suddenly walked up.
“Darling!” she gasped. “What happened? How has life been since I passed away?”
The husband rubbed his neck nervously. “Well, I was devastated at first. But then I married that gorgeous nurse who took care of you. Right after, I won the lottery! We bought a mansion, traveled the world, and I was just water-skiing in Greece when a freak accident took me out. So, how do I get into this place?”
His late wife’s smile turned razor-sharp as her eyes narrowed.
“Oh, it’s incredibly easy, honey,” she whispered. “You just have to spell one word.”
“Great!” he said confidently. “What’s the word?”
She looked him dead in the eye and said:
“Czechoslovakia.”
Do your sins, come back, and I’ll bless you
There were three nuns, they all told the priest that they were going to do one sin each.
So the priest says ok, do your sins, come back, and I’ll bless you.
So, they went to do their sins and came back to get blessed.
The priest asked the first one who was laughing what her sin was. She said, “I h@d s*x with a guy.”
The priest said ok, blessed her and said go drink some holy water.
So she did! The next one was laughing harder, and the priest asked her what her sin was.
She said, “I got in a fight with another nun.” So he says ok, blessed her and told her to go drink some holy water. So she did.
The priest asked the last one who was laughing even harder what she did.
And as she was laughing she said, “I pissed in the holy water!”
